Stop Smoking – What should i do about smoking?
how do i stop smoking?? i have been gettin headaches, and i havnt really wanted one but i just smoke b/c i usually do or im bored. and sometimes i dont even know if im addicited… i think i am. haha that sounded stupid i know.. ive been smoking for about 5 years tho…. im scared to waste monmey on laser.. or hyptonism.. and i dont think i can stop cold turkey.. b/c if i dont have a cigg, i get really bitchy!! someone please help… =( i hate it but cant kick it!!
