Does acupuncture work for quitting smoking?
After a nasty bout of bronchitis and flu I have decided to try to give up smoking once and for all. I had my first cigarette, stolen from Mom’s packet (John Rolfe 30′s) when I was fourteen but I did not smoke as a habit until I was about 21, now I am 32 and after 11 years I am beginning to feel the kak effects. I have tried that chewing gum but it made me sick, the patches fell off and did not work in my opinion. What about acupuncture? Does that WORK? I figure if I do not stop now it will be too late….. any advice?
